* As long as the first balance transfer is completed within 12 months of date of account opening, the balance transfer APR is 0% for 12 months from the date of the first balance transfer. After the promotional offer ends, your standard purchase APR will be applied to any unpaid balance transfer amounts. As of March 24, 2009, the standard variable APR for purchases is 9.24% and the APR for cash advances is a variable rate of 19.99%. However, all your APRs may automatically increase to a 28.99% variable default rate if you default under any Card Agreement that you have with Citi. Minimum finance charge $0.50. The transaction fee for balance transfers is 3.0% of the amount of each balance transfer, $5 minimum. However, a $99 maximum fee applies to the 0% APR balance transfer offer described above. Cash advance transaction fee: 3.00% of amount of advance, minimum $5.00. Fee for Foreign Purchases-3% of the U.S. dollar amount of each purchase made outside the U.S., whether made in U.S. dollars or in a foreign currency. Annual fee: none.

ThankYou® Network Terms and Conditions
ThankYou Network is offered to certain cardmembers who are the Authorized Officer ("you") at the sole discretion of Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. ("we"), the issuer of your card account ("Card Account"). ThankYou Network or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated with thirty (30) days prior written notice. Any revisions may affect your ability to use the ThankYou Points you have already accumulated. If ThankYou Network is terminated, you will only have ninety (90) days from termination date to redeem all your accumulated ThankYou Network points ("ThankYou Points"). ThankYou Network rewards and the ThankYou Point levels required for specific rewards are subject to change without notice.
Unless you are participating in a limited-time promotional offer, you will earn five (5) ThankYou points for every dollar you spend on eligible AT&T products and/or services purchased directly from AT&T; purchases of AT&T products and/or services through the Enterprise sales channels are not eligible to receive the five (5) ThankYouPoints.
Unless you are participating in a limited-time promotional offer, you will earn three (3) ThankYou Points for every dollar you spend on purchases at certain office supply merchants, gas stations, and on professional services; and one (1) ThankYou Point for every dollar you spend on other purchases. You can only earn ThankYou Points on purchase transactions; no other transactions qualify.
Office supply merchants are defined as stand-alone merchants that primarily sell stationery and office supplies for business consumption. Gas stations are defined as stand-alone merchants that primarily sell vehicle fuel for consumer use. Professional services are defined as standalone tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and legal services providers that provide their respective services to businesses. Purchases not eligible to receive the three (3) ThankYou Points include, but are not limited to, purchases made at warehouse clubs, discount stores, and convenience stores. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to receive the three (3) ThankYou Points unless the merchants appropriately identify the transactions.
We do not determine whether merchants appropriately identify all transactions you make on your Card Account, but we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for ThankYou Points. You can earn up to one hundred thousand (100,000) ThankYou Points during any calendar year (eligible purchases appearing on your January-December billing statements). ThankYou Points expire three (3) years from the end of the month in which they are earned unless ThankYou Network is terminated.
You may earn ThankYou Points as long as your Card Account is open and current. If your Card Account is closed, you will not be able to earn ThankYou Points. Unless you reopen such Card Account within ninety (90) days of closure, you will lose any accumulated ThankYou Points that have not been transferred to your ThankYou Member Account.
If you do not already have a ThankYou Network Member Account ("ThankYou Member Account"), one will be set up for you, the Authorized Officer. ThankYou Points post to your Card Account at the close of each billing cycle, and at that time we will transfer ThankYou Points you earned to your ThankYou Member Account. This transfer may take up to four (4) business days. (Bonus ThankYou Points may take one to two additional billing cycles to post to your Card Account.) The ThankYou Points transferred to the Authorized Officer's ThankYou Member Account will include those earned through purchases made with an additional employee card. ThankYou Points are not eligible for redemption until they are transferred to your ThankYou Member Account. ThankYou Points may not be redeemed and may be lost if your Card Account is not open or current. ThankYou Points can only be redeemed by the Authorized Officer, but may be used for another person. After a ThankYou Member Account has been set up for you, ThankYou Network will send you a New Member Kit that contains the ThankYou Network Terms and Conditions and a description of certain ThankYou Network rewards.
